11 PSM scans on Haze: abilities, previews, and comparisons to Halo

 

Jeux-France reports that more info on Free Radical‘s PlayStation 3 title Haze is revealed in the pages of gaming magazine PSM. The scans reveal that the developers of Haze are pushing for the game to be the first PS3 game (yes, yes, it’s PS3-centric, the scans are from PSM after all) to have several features, most notable is four-player co-op play.

The issue also contemplates if Sony needs a Halo-esque game in their portfolio. PSM figures that they really don’t, but they do add that it may very well fill that gap, while at the same time carve its own audience. Lastly, the issue glosses over the many “nectar” abilities you can use while playing the shooter. Abilities like Foresight, Perception, and Focus are previewed with accompanying PS3 screens and such.
