42″ Plasma TV broken thanks to young Adam and a Wii
It’s bad enough when you leave the Wii to adults, but kids can cause major damage too. Three and a half year old Adam McConnell from London caused his dad all sorts of headaches after smashing up a 42-inch plasma TV worth almost US$ 2,000.
After leaving his son to play Wii Sports Tennis, Brian was in shock to find his pricey TV in ruins. “When I ran back in Adam was using the handset to smash the TV screen.” Seems like little Adam lost a tennis game and went mad, causing major damage that the Wii is known for.
With a lesson learned, Brian now banned his kid from the Wii for two weeks and promised to keep a closer eye on him. Adam may have potential to be the next John McEnroe according to his dad, but even big boys would cringe at the sight of a fallen monster TV.
