Spider-Man: Battle for New York slings its way to stores
Is it just me, or are your spider-senses tingling also? Well, whatever it is, you might want to scratch that tingling itch and check out what’s freshly caught on the spiderwebs of retail stores. Activision just spun out their latest game Spider-Man: Battle for New York and it’s hitting stores with a price tag of US $29.99.
Being the sequel to Ultimate Spider-Man, this game picks up immediately after where the previous title left off. So, for those of you who are looking for more Spidey adventures, you might want to try this. While the first game had Venom as a playable character, this time around, the Green Goblin will make his mark.
You’d be able to customize your abilities, whether as Spidey or the Goblin. You can choose whichever skills you want to upgrade: web attacks, bomb attacks, or other super moves. There’s also going to be some mini-games that you busy yourselves with like web-drawing and rhythm-based objectives.
New York is at the cusp of another great battle. The bug-boy and green-guy are both ready. The game is ready. The question is are you ready to take the next ultimate spin?
