Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars screens and info
Lookee what we found swerving and-a crashin’ around 1up — a new batch of screens for Sega‘s mad driving game, Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars! True to its name, looks like it’s gonna be one helluva crrrazy ride indeed once you get Crazy Taxi on your handhelds. I mean, mad-driving a CAB along the BEACH?! Doesn’t get crazier than that, eh?
Anyhoo, 1up was also able to gather some more nifty details about the game which are as follows:
- two players will be able to play either co-op or competitively via ad hoc
- Fare Wars will include all the minigames found in the Dreamcast versions but with added unlockables
- stream your own soundtrack off a memory stick with the custom music player
- added visual effects (such as dust under your wheels)
- to ensure that Fare Wars won’t stray from the original series, the “porters” are consulting the original producers for added gameplay mechanics and whatnots
Push the pedal to the metal with more screens — all after the jump!
