No More Heroes – settings and storyline interview video
GameTrailers has a new No More Heroes video up. It has a few bits of gameplay footage, but the focus is on the interview with No More Heroes creator Suda 51 regarding the game’s setting and storyline.
As we’ve seen from the videos we’ve posted here on QJ, No More Heroes is all about killing. The main character, Travis, is a killer who’s out to kill other killers. While Killer 7, Grasshopper Manufacture‘s previous PS2/GameCube title, had more serious political undercurrents, Suda 51 says that No More Heroes will be more of a fun-to-play, albeit violent, title.
One last bit of trivia before the video. No More Heroes‘ main character Travis – who, in a kind of small-scale Grand Theft Auto feature within the game, can drive around on a huge kick-ass bike – was apparently inspired in part by Jackass star Johnny Knoxville. We guess that explains the shades. Check out the vid below.
