Commodore to celebrate 25th anniversary at Leipzig Games Convention
If you’re going to be at the Leipzig Games Convention, you should drop by the Commodore booth. Why? Well, the company has given word that they will be showcasing their newest gaming rigs at the event to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
The celebration will be focusing on the Commodore 64. The press release gave word that their booth will act like a “time machine” where gamers will get a chance to “rediscover a key part of gamingÂ’s history and its future.”
Multiple events will be held including an awards show as well as a party on the 24th for members of the media, C64 hardcore gamers, and even some hall of famers. If that’s not enough, you’ll even get a chance to kick it old school style. Digitale Kultur will be hosting a few gaming tournaments as well as a showcase of 8-bit art and unique C64 mods.
