Video first look of the Wii ripoff: the Vii unboxed

Remember the Wii ripoff (blatantly called the Vii)? Well here’s a first look at the console. Except for a few variations, it’s completely identical to the original Nintendo console. The buttons on the Wiimote (well, the Viimote) is missing the “+” and “-” buttons but other than that, it’s the same.

The guys who bought the console promise to post videos of the console playing games as soon as they can. It’d be interesting to find out how well the Vii’s motion sensing capabilities perform. It’s also notable to see that they’ve even got the Wii’s stand down pat. You’d think they’d be more subtle, ripping off such a recognizable, high-profile product.
