B-Boy corkspins toward PSP

Come September, everyone will be able to cork spin, sweep swipe and elbow freeze with realtive ease — even your 300-pound, fries-loving neighbor.

Sony is now developing B-Boy, a game that’ll grant anyone the style and flair of “b-boys” through learnable 800 motion captured moves; 21 international stages, ranging from street battles to the World Championships stage; and dynamically controlled combat system to face off 40 rivals along the way.

B-Boy’s Life mode feature enables the b-boy wannabe to customize and upgrade his character as the game progresses. For those who simply hate the whole idea of b-boy image though, you can simply head to the game’s arcade options, which offer both computer and wireless multiplayer battles, and bash other real-world b-boy stars such as Crumbs, Kamel, Hong10, Ivan ‘The Urban Action Figure’, Lillou and Mouse.

Legendary and original b-boy Crazy Legs will work closely with the FreeStyleGame development team to make this PSP game true to the b-boy code of, well, being a b-boy. He will also be featured in the game  which licensed more than 40 contemporary hip-hop and classic funk tracks to be mixed and scratched by the in-game DJs. Oh B-“Boy”.
