New emotes join new gear in Pirates of the Caribbean Online
As previously reported, new content has gone live in Disney Online’s Pirates of the Caribbean Online. In addition to new clothes and accessories, we also have new emotes to breathe more character into our avatars. Disney also talks about upcoming additions like ship customization and new bosses. Details after the jump.
Ahoy, mangy pirates! Disney Online has announced that its MMORPG Pirates of the Caribbean Online has successfully added new content and all of which have been incorporated into the gameplay. Players can now enjoy the updates which will allow them to dive deeper into the virtual world.
New emotes have been incorporated to breathe more character into your buccaneer. Dancing, laughing, clapping, celebrating, crying, flexing, waving, and more can now be pulled off with ease, so feel free to show the softer side of your virtual swashbuckler.
As previously reported, new gear like hairstyles, tattoos, jewelry, and clothing have arrived to deepen the level of customization that players can achieve with their avatars. You can now be as unique as you want with a plethora of possible combinations to set you apart from the average landlubber.
Truly salty Unlimited Access members are in for a special treat. Tailors will be very generous to them on the 2nd of March by giving them free skull bandannas. This should make looking like a total bad-ass that much easier.
Disney also notes that this is only the beginning for Pirates of the Caribbean Online. The year 2008 should see the rise of the Black Pearl Boss Battle as well as deeper ship customization features. We’ll be keeping our eye patches glued on those upcoming goodies.
