Here’s some more Tales news. Namco Bandai also officially announced the PS3 version of Tales of Vesperia (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360) at the same press event that gave us the official Tales of VS announcement.
The announcement didn’t shed a lot of light on the differences between the PS3 and Xbox 360 version of Vesperia, but there is a new character called Patty (Patti?) Fleur who sports a wicked little pirate outfit.
Other features include a fully voiced main scenario, new event scenes and new sub-scenarios. A promo vid is supposed to go up on the Japanese PlayStation Store later this month, so if you have a Japanese PSN account keep an eye peeled for it.
For the hardcore fans (or those just looking to broaden the Versperia experience), Namco Bandai also announced a new animated movie called “Tales of Vesperia ~ The First Strike ~” that should hit theaters in Japan this year.
