A massive helping of Viva Pinata screenshots
Known as the other half of the one-two-punch combo which Microsoft has set aside for Xbox 360 fans, Viva Piñata just keeps rolling on high as it prepares for its upcoming European release on November 29 and December 1.
Developed by Rare Ltd. and based on this successful 2002 game Your Garden, Viva Piñata takes the concept of the original game one step further by adding the colorful and ever-so-fluffy Piñatas into the picture.
In this game for the 360, players will have to tend and maintain their garden, and if the garden is in good condition, black-and-white piñatas will eventually start living in the garden. As they are taken care of, they will eventually change into their full-colored selves, and as more piñatas are attracted to the garden, each one will eventually find a mate, perform the mini-game mating rituals, and bear piñata eggs. Of course the occasional sour piñatas will try to disrupt things, but with enough TLC, then can be won over and become a peaceful citizen of your garden.
And who ever said that piñatas can only be linked to violence and mindless bashing?
