Amusing stuff from GTA IV trailers and screens
Most of us have seen the trailers, screens and scans for what’s shaping up to be one of the biggest releases of this year, Grand Theft Auto IV. It’s really hard not to get awed with what we saw and falling into a drooling trance would be so easy, but some people just have a knack for keeping their heads in the game and spotting interesting stuff while most of us are in deep euphoria.
GTA4.net has taken the time to point some interesting little things observed in the trailers and earlier screenshots. For instance, have any of you noticed the graffiti in the image on top? Look familiar? They should. Those are artwork from GTA3 and GTA: Vice City. There’s even a box art image at a point.
The two images below are from the same location in the game. One was an early screenshot while the other one was from a recent trailer. Notice how “Carney Island Pharmacy” has transformed into “Hove Island Pharmacy.”
There are a few more interesting stuff that the site has pointed out. If you want to check them out and be amused, follow the read URL. Tell us what you think or if you noticed any similar stuff in the screens and trailers.
