Announcing this month’s Xbox Live Party
Who says Microsoft doesn’t take care of its own? The company behind the Xbox 360 and (of course) Xbox Live is announcing its Xbox Live Party, which will be celebrated by a live performance of rapper Busta Rhymes, whom you may remember for his stint in the NBA Live 06 soundtrack, among other accomplishments.
Aside from this bad boy, also expect performers Dizzee Rascal, Lady Sovereign, and Plan B, as well as song writer/singer James Morrison. For the sports fans, we’re happy to announce that footballer Theo Walcott and Alessandro del Piero, and PeugeotÂ’s Le Mans driver Marc Gene are making the scene.
Xbox Live subscribers are invited to apply online for this major event to get a chance to take on your star of choice in a bout of Project Gotham Racing 3. Or if you fancy your own gig, Microsoft’s also inviting its five million subscribers to hold their own Xbox Live Party. Just make sure to get pics of your celebration, as Xbox Live Vision Cameras will be awarded to groups presenting pictures of the most number of people crammed into the frame to play a 360.
The event will be taking place this February 9 at an undisclosed London location with registration beginning by 17:00 GMT on the said day. Make sure to view the read link for the full details on Microsoft’s UK bash, and how to win the aforementioned camera.
