Argos store in UK now taking Wii pre-orders

Argos has opened its on-line reservation desk for the Wii console and a bunch of Wii games. According to the store’s website, the Wii will be sold bundled with Wii Sports for £ 179.99 (US$ 339). Purchasing a Wii console also entitles the buyer to get a copy of the Wii title, Superfruitfall  at 50% off. Offer ends on January 19, 2007.

In addition, Argos also offers a special deal on various Wii titles. Customers who purchase a Wii console and any game listed below before January 19, 2007, will get to save a total of £10 (US $ 18):

• Rayman Raving Rabbids
• Super Monkey Ball
• Monster 4×4
• Far Cry 2006
• GT Pro Series
• The Legend of Zelda
• Cars
• Need for Speed Carbon
• Red Steel
