Assassin’s Creed was originally supposed to be released in Australia and New Zealand on November 15, but it was then delayed to November 16. The latest developments, however, have forced Ubisoft to further slide the launch of Assassin’s Creed to November 21.

Ubisoft explains that freight difficulties have resulted in a shortage of Assassin’s Creed copies for the region. In the interest of treating all retailers and consumers on a fair field, it was decided by the publisher that everyone gets their fill all at the same day.

“Ubisoft sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay has caused to your staff and customers,” said Ubisoft in a statement addressed to its consumers and retailers.
