Assassin’s Creed for handhelds a possibility
Jade Raymond, producer of Assassin’s Creed, has mentioned the possibility of making an installment of Assassin’s Creed for handhelds.
Raymond wants to create a game that will fully take advantage of the benefits inherent to handheld gaming. “We want to make a real plan where you can make a game, you make a book, you know, maybe other types of portable games that have complementary experiences,” said Raymond.
Currently, the game has only been announced for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 but Assassin’s Creed is also expected to hit other platforms such as the PC. Interestingly enough, GameStop even has a listing of a DS version of Assassin’s Creed on its website. Hmm.
