Assault Heroes players having issues with multiplayer

It seems that players of XBLA title Assault Heroes are having some problems using the game’s multiplayer functionality. According to reports by users, they’ve been receiving an error message whenever they try to connect. One player even started a thread on Xbox’s official forums and not surprisingly, others have been experiencing the same problem.

Did some of you signed in the above mentioned thread? Well, we’d like to inform you that the developer of the game finally replied to one of the players who are having problems with the multiplayer feature of the game, and this is what they have to say:

I would request you to contact XBOX 360 Live support desk as the issue is with the Xbox 360 Live service.

While the reply is pretty much the S.O.P. type, it seems that the developer isn’t aware of the problem nor aware of any solutions for it. We hope they come up with a quick fix here as the nature of the game so requires multiplayer. We’d inform you as soon as Live’s support desk comes up with an explanation.
