BioWare finally comments on Mass Effect 2 PS3 listings — with ‘no comment’

Retailers have been listing Mass Effect 2 (Xbox 360 and PC) for the PS3 the past couple of days. First, after a long while of quiet and calm, Australian retailer GAME broke the peace by listing the said game for Sony‘s console. A day later, the same thing came up on a Russian retailer’s site. So what does BioWare have to say about all of this?

A very cute, “That we don’t comment on rumors. :-)” Seriously. Patrick Weekes put that smiley on his note in the official BioWare page. Way to go for killing the flames… not. If anything, this only pushes the speculation further that the game will indeed be coming over to the PS3. After all, they’re not denying it at all, they’re just keeping mum about it.

I smell an official announcement coming ’round the corner any minute now.
