Street date broken copy of PlayStation 3 version of Burnout Paradise - Image 1With just a few days left before its official release, another game’s street date has been broken. The game: Burnout Paradise; the culprit: an EB Games store in St. Alberta, Alberta.

The image you see here was taken courtesy of Daelakk on QJ.NET’s PS3 forums (thanks, dude!). He mentions that he was able to get his hands on a copy of the PS3 version of the game after pre-ordering it two days ago. Apparently, the store didn’t realize that the release date of the game isn’t until tomorrow.

This isn’t exactly the first time a game has slipped the noose from its appointed release date, but it doesn’t change the fact that some “lucky” gamers have already had a tasty preview of the game ahead of others.

People who might have already gotten their own copies of Burnout Paradise might want to hold off going online for now since it might cause players to have their PSN accounts to be banned for the duration.

In any case, everyone else will just have to be a little more patient for the official release of the game this January 22. Burnout Paradise is slated to be released for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.
