Capcom: Bionic Commando Rearmed sure to launch mid-August
Bionic Commando Rearmed has suffered a few delays for its console versions and people waiting for it are getting just a wee bit anxious. Now, the devs promise that the game will launch come what may by mid-August. We’ve got their latest announcement covered in the story after the jump.
We know a lot of moods turned sour with Capcom‘s announcement that Bionic Commando Rearmed would be delayed for both the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Store. It’s time to put on those happy faces again because we have the new release dates in hand!
The Xbox 360 version of the game will be available on August 13th, while the PS3 version is scheduled for the 14th. It’s set to go for 800 Microsoft Points, or US$ 10.00 for PSN users.
Here’s the official announcement quoted from the Capcom Unity blog:
Bionic Commando Rearmed is one of the best digital games you will ever play. Believe me, you’re more than going to get your money’s worth out of this particular title. I’ve been playing around with it for months now, but I’ve been putting off spending too much time with it for two reasons: a) I want the Achievements (sad, but true) and b) I want to play the full game, start to finish. We’re very happy to officially let you guys know that in North America (for sure) you’ll be able to get your own Bionic Commando on Wednesday, August 13 (Xbox LIVE Arcade, 800 points) and/or Thursday, August 14 (PlayStation Network, $10 ). W00t!
