Cardboard Tube Samurai costume will be in Tekken 6

Rumors sparked earlier when the TekkenBob Twitter page upped a picture of the Penny Arcade fan favorite, Cardboard Tube Samurai, making an appearance in Tekken 6. Now, in yet another Twitter Page, we got confirmation from Penny Arcade artist Mike “Gabe” Krahulik that it’s for real. More after the jump.

Namco Bandai hasn’t made an official statement on the matter as of this writing, nor is there any info saying if this is a platform-specific costume or if it will be available for all Tekken 6 versions: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PSP. As it is, one of the web comic’s founders has confirmed that we will indeed be seeing the Penny Arcade star in the King of Iron Fist Tournament.
