Resolution Interactive has finally decided to give us a peek at their fourth quarter offering for the year 2007. Entitled Clusterball 2, this game for your PCs is said to be a “high-paced adrenaline pumping flight sport”. And, demanding as it is, requirements on your end would be skill, tactics and ball control.
The description is rather amusing. It is “designed as a first person shooter but without the splatter and gore.” Hmmm… that sure is interesting. So, what else are we to expect from this game? Basically, you are to fly off in some really cool high tech aircraft. Your mission is to collect and score as many balls as you can while at the same time beating your opponents to doing the same.
Okay, now, take note that your ship will have a tail of balls, which grows and inevitably slows you down. You didn’t really expect the game to just be about collecting and scoring balls, right? Of course there’s a catch to it. So, in collecting and scoring more balls, the longer your tail grows, and thus, the more dangerous it becomes for you as being slowed down makes you more vulnerable to attack.

Anyways, Clusterball 2 features a new revolutionary weapons system, as well as three different models of aircraft, additional new game modes and more. So, you practically have a full year to develop those skills and tactics you need for here. But in the meantime
