Codemasters: Fall Of Liberty name change

There’s a reason it’s called a working title, which we’re about to explain now. We have just gotten word that Codemasters has just announced that the upcoming WWII title by Spark Unlimited, Fall of Liberty, will be getting a minor name change. The new name henceforth for this FPS will now be Turning Point: Fall of Liberty.

This actually adds depth to the name, given the game’s premise of a “What if” scenario back in World War II, which in turn leads to an alternate reality of events in 1951 (sort of like this other title). The game is last said to be set for a summer release for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Given Spark was behind the CoD franchise, it will be interesting to see what they’ll pull off in this game.
