Crystal Icing designs special Wii for Super Smash Bros. Brawl tourney champ

People usually decorate the icing on cakes, but how about the icing on Wiis? Yes, you heard us right. A special Swarovski Crystal-decorated Wii was given to the winner of a Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament.

It goes without saying that winners of competitions deserve special prizes. The people at Crystal Icing seem to believe that; they recently designed a Super Smash Bros. Brawl (SSBB) prize to fit the event – a Nintendo Wii with a special Swarovski Crystal design.

As you can see from the pictures above, the Wii sports a back-to-back SSBB-themed design: Mario strikes a dramatic pose on one side, while a likeness of Bowser glares at the player on the other side. The statement “The Brawl To End Them All…” appears on both sides of the machine.

The people at Crystal Icing reported that over 20,000 Swarovski Crystals were used to complete the design. Impressive indeed, and so is it’s price: US$ 4,000. Still, it at least looks better than a certain Super Smash Bros. Brawl trophy we reported on some time ago, at least in our opinion.
