Customer Dissatisfaction Threatens Xbox 360 Sales

Peter Moore with Xbox 360 UnitWith the looming possibility of the Xbox 360’s sale to be surpassed by PS3 sales once the next-gen console is released this November, Microsoft is doing everything to satisfy its fanboys. Unfortunately, even with the measures Microsoft has taken to please some dissatisfied 360 owners, the company still has many problems to face.

In various Xbox forums, there have been many posts of people complaining about the problems they’ve been having with their consoles – and units overheating isn’t the only issue. There is one particular Xbox 360 fanboy who is currently playing his fourth Xbox 360 machine after encountering numerous problems with his previous units.

Peter Moore, Corporate Vice President of the Interactive Entertainment Business Department of Microsoft, has even contacted this Xbox 360 console owner to personally see to it that the needs of this dissatisfied gamer are met. Microsoft has also done the same with other console owners who have been encountering problems with their units. Microsoft has been doing this as the company states that customer satisfaction is a high priority.
