David Jaffe wants a low-budget Sweet Tooth movie?

Through his Twitter account, David Jaffe revealed that he’d like to do a movie on PSN based from the iconic evil clown of his Twisted Metal franchise, Sweet Tooth.

“I want us to make an honest to goodness, low-budget slasher movie and sell it on PSN exclusive. Peeps saying we are making a PSN Sweet Tooth GAME got it wrong,” he Tweeted. “By the way, the Sweet Tooth PSN thing I want us to do is a MOVIE on PSN, like THE TESTER in terms of exclusive PSN programming…not a game,” he later clarified. Jaffe also wanted this low-budget film to be live action, not CGI, and dark as night.

Is he actually pointing to a low-budget, live-action Sweet Tooth flick? Or is he pointing at something else? It could be another plan of misdirection, so he’s either diverting attention again, or really just has a thing for low-budget filmmaking.
