Dead Island is not vaporware, still in development

Remember Dead Island? No,it’s not vaporware. In fact, Connected Consoles got to get in touch with its developer, Techland International, via its brand manager Blazej Krakowiak, and he reassured us that all is well in the game’s development.

“Dead Island is in development and coming along nicely. DI is our most important project we’re focusing on right now, next to the recently announced extreme off-road racing title nail’d.”

 

 

 

 

 

The game was originally set for a release way back in 2008, but it apparently needed a whole lot of more time for it to be ready for public consumption.

 

 

 

 

“We’re working very hard to make the game worth the long wait.”

 

 

 

So there you have it. Dead Island is very much still in development for the Xbox 360 and the PC.
