If your interests run along Halo: Reach and logo design, then you’re a shoo-in for Bungie’s emblem design contest. Just like in Halo 3, fans get to whip up and submit the most bad-ass emblems they can come up with, and the winner gets to have his (or hers) featured in the game. And the rules are…
If your interests run along Halo: Reach and logo design, then you’re a shoo-in for Bungie’s emblem design contest. Just like in Halo 3, fans get to whip up and submit the most bad-ass emblems they can come up with, and the winner gets to have his (or hers) featured in the game. And the rules are…
- Your emblem must consist of only two colors.
- Your emblem must be able to be identified if the secondary portion is toggled off.
- Your emblem must look good when it’s tiny.
- Your emblem must be original art. Do NOT copy anything. All entries that look remotely like other logos or corporate images will be rejected. Same goes for National flags.
- Your emblem must be submitted between 12:01AM PST on January 22, 2010 and 11:59PM PST on February 5, 2010.
- Nothing offensive. Nothing rude, racist, icky, or otherwise stupidly ridonkulous.
Bungie will select the winner based on creativity and appeal, so even if your creativity looks like a bad doodle on the back of your notebook, thats alright. Yes, it’s alright to suck as long as you have the right idea – Bungie is willing to look past your lack of artistic skills. Entries have to be 256×256, and must be in jpeg or gif format (that don’t exceed 128k).
