Details on new games from Bizarre, Activision team up

First word from the new partnership between Activision and Bizarre Creations is a racing game and a character game. While we don’t know much else, we now know at least that the racing game is probably a new franchise while the second game will probably continue an existing franchise.

Activision’s list of games reach back to gaming’s early years ever since the Atari years and they have a lot of popular titles in their game vault so it’s anyone’s guess which one they’d want to continue. which is not to say they may decide to expand on a lesser known title.

The partnership will also expand Activision’s offerings in Xbox Live Arcade this Christmas season. Says Activision:

Obviously the first priority is the large-scaled titles, but [Bizarre Creations] have a very interesting process in terms of their ability to develop games for Xbox Live and we’re interested in working with them on that.
