Dungeons & Dragons Online hotfix release notes

Here are the hotfix release notes for Dungeons & Dragons Online for February 9th. Some much needed fixes here, hopefully htis makes testing a little smoother.

  • We have made a change to loading when zoning – there should be less loading issues when first entering a new area.
  • Based on your feedback we’ve made the following changes to Stealth and Invisibility. The following actions no longer break stealth and invisibility.
o picking items up in the environment (such as a soulstone)
              o equipping a weapon
              o drinking a potion
o viewing the contents of an opened chest, however opening a chest will still break stealth and invisibility
              o collecting collectables
o equipping armor will no longer break invisibility, however equipping armor will break stealth
  • The following actions will continue to break stealth and invisibility:
  • Resting, Opening a Chest, Using a Lever, or Using a Door,
  • Equipping Armor will continue to turn off Stealth.
  • Monsters will no longer make attacks after they die.
  • Monsters are more likely to notice when their friends are attacked and are more likely to react properly to attacks on nearby allies.
