E3 2009: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince features trailer
Now that we know for sure that Electronic Arts is taking Harry by broom straight to the Mugglefest that is E3, the publisher drops us a trailer and shows us the kind of magic we can expect from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Features trailer coming right up.

Before you start on the graphics, remember that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is multiplatform-crazy, and it’s got versions in every gaming platform out there – PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS, Mobile, Mac, and PC. This trailer appears to be a Wii trailer, judging by the graphics and the boxart used.
Nonetheless, the game does take us to locations that we won’t get to enjoy as much in the movie, nor seen in the book. From a certain point of view, the game just might be the closest we can get to actually “experiencing” Hogwarts and the world of wizards. Of course, it’s highly possible that the game won’t compare to much larger titles, but I’m hoping that it would at least give the fans something to wave their wands about.
