Info on the Warhawk v1.3 patch update
Folks, we’ve got an important Warhawk update for you today, and it has everything to do with the patch that’ll bring the game to version 1.3. Learn about the details of the patch, along with the scheduled date of the patch implementation, after the jump!
Warhawk fans will be glad to know that the long-awaited patch 1.3 of the game is actually being implemented today, April 2. For those who’re wondering when Sony will put up the patch, below is the official announcement, along with the patch notes:
Servers will be down for roll-out of the Warhawk v1.3 client-side patch and a concurrent server-side update. Servers will be unavailable Wednesday, April 2nd, between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. Pacific (6 a.m. -12 a.m. Eastern, 1000-1600 GMT). After this window the client patch will be available for download when you boot Warhawk.
Client-side updates for Patch v1.3 :
- BIO-FIELD EMITTER that creates a zone of healing for allies and a zone of damage for enemies
- MECHANIC FIELD WRENCH that can be used to repair allied vehicles and turrets as well as damage enemy vehicles and turrets

- Integration of Contest Winner Insignias and Paint Schemes
- .50cal turret targeting enhanced
- Point value update for CTF defend and flag-carrier kill
- CTF Sudden-Death trigger fix
- Disabled CTF Flag throw/drop functionality
- New VOIP Functionality
