Europe gets four new VC titles
Ready for another round of nostalgia? Europe gets four retro titles this week on the Virtual Console. First on the pack is Gradius from Konami, previously enjoyed by the children of the 90s on the NES. This side scrolling shoot em up is now available for 500 Wii Points.
Next up is the Bonanza Bros where players guide two burglars – think Mario Bros. on the other side of the law. Comix Zone is also on the list. As the name suggests, you play a comic book hero and fight bad guys to get to the next page. Gain Ground also makes a comeback. Players can choose between a number of characters to rescue captives and reach the exit point. These Mega Drive titles are downloadable for 800 Wii Points.
We won’t hazard a guess as to when these titles will reach these shores. Sooner or later – or eventually, whichever comes first.
