EVE Online ships are hot. Warp DX9-hot.
The video does offer a better comparison of old-vs.-new in the Revelations expansion to EVE Online, but there’s one nice thing about screenshots. Remember the old saying? “Why don’t you take a picture? It’ll last longer.”
Which is what MMORPG did during the EVE Online Fanfest 2006. They took pictures of CCP Games‘ latest and greatest running off a DX9 platform. It also shows what the sci-fi geeks in the staff office love about this game. Leave those boring Orcs and Blood Elves on the planet’s surface; why not take to the stars in one of these ships and really have fun for a change? (Fat chance a Warcrack addict would take the offer up, though).
Enjoy the rest of the CG screens and concept artwork for EVE Online: Revelations from CCP and MMORPG while we attend to something. Scotty says there’s a Tauren running loose in the warp core, whatever that means.
More yummy Revelations after the hyperspace jump point.
