Everquest: Hot Zone update delayed

Bad news for you EverQuest dudes out there. If you’ve been waiting eagerly for the next Hot Zones update and noticed nothing’s changed, don’t be surprised: EQvault just reported earlier that there’ll be delays for the Hot Zone updates.

The delay does come for good reason: Kwill over at EQvault says he and Merloc are trying to make the next patch-up one worth the wait, even as they set to work on tuning the new goodies and zones that people can expect from the next patch-up – they’re hoping this will indeed please most of the guys waiting for the new zones.

Oh yeah, as an added bonus, they’ve added a new trick to the patch when it does come out. They won’t say what it is, but we’re hoping it’ll make the frustrations of  update delays all the less painful. Now, back to your gaming!
