Excite Truck will follow the the fun and simple gameplay of Excitebike while centering around something that most of us were guilty of when playing the game of old – tilting the controller subconsciously thinking it would help us land a jump. You will hold the controller like an NES pad, just like in the days of old, while you steer your truck by moving the controller itself. While in the air, you can use the controller to try and balance yourself to pull of huge jumps. The d-pad will function as a turbo button while the 1 button will be a brake and the 2 button an accelerator.
