“Fairly Stable” Quirky’s Chaos DS Released
A fairly stable version of Quirky’s Chaos Advance has been ported to the DS. This homebrew game has been tested with Dualis but not on an actual DS – only with an M3SD. Use START to run it from the M3 menu.
If you do give this a try expect the following glitches:
- Magic fire doesn’t seem to be drawn or updated in the game
- Some of the sounds don’t seem to play
- Some of text in the game is drawn with a default colour of white, rather than the real colour.
- Options dialog hasn’t been fully tested or implemented yet
On the plus side, says the developer, the bigger screen on the DS means you don’t need to scroll the board around anymore.
