“The Beautiful Game” is all about precision passing and picturesque playmaking. And if Electronic Arts has its way, it’ll also include a healthy dose of showboating and flashy footwork. The publisher is bringing back the FIFA Street series for a second go next spring. The game is currently being developed by EA Canada and will ship for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube, PSP, and PC.

The game will bring back four-on-four soccer with EA’s “Street” style, adding over-the-top moves and arcade action. There will be more than 300 top players and 20 national teams from around the world, and locales will include London’s Westway Leisure Center and the sandy beaches of Brazil. The new trick stick beat system adds several moves, letting gamers put the finishing touches on their opponents with new gamebreakers.

FIFA Street 2 has not been rated or priced.
