Fire Pong released

HaxxBlaster, from our forums, has released his first homebrew application coded in Lua entitled: Fire Pong. Fire Pong is obviously a clone of Pong, but it has a “hot” twist to it. In this game, you can either select the “Original Pong” or “Fire Pong”. The original is what it sounds like, just the basic hit back-and-forth game with a ball. Fire Pong, on the other hand, is a remake of pong with two fireballs running down the middle of the screen. Your goal in Fire Pong is to score the most points.

To score the most points:
1) Be fast and tricky, making your opponent miss the ball and you receive a point
2) Hit the ball through the fire and hope your opponent does not move out in time, you subtract one point from their score!

So, when you hit the ball through the fire, the ball becomes deadly! You do not want to touch it when it is red/orange, or else you will get 1 point subtracted from your score! This game only has Human vs. Human gameplay, meaning that there is no AI/Computer to play against 🙁 Well, it’s good if you have friends around, but playing by yourself is a sign of loneliness for some.
