Flagship Studios requests lag reports from Hellgate: London players

Lag issues have started cropping up in Flagship Studios‘ online title Hellgate: London. This comes after the game experienced subscription issues a couple of days ago. To help fix the lag problems, Flagship Studios is enlisting Hellgate: London players to collect some lag data. It’s pretty easy, too. Tiggs on official Hellgate: London forums posted the following steps on how to go about it:

1. In game type /ping and post the results
2. Go to http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/
3. Download WinMTR and install
4. Run WinMTR and type in the Host box 72.172.234.2
5. Let it run for a few minutes and post your results below
6. Please also let us know what your connection type is

Please note that these instructions are for those players who are experiencing lag or high latency in Hellgate: London. If you’re one of those players, help out. Whatever data you can send will hopefully speed up the process of eliminating or at least minimizing the game’s lag. Collected data can be posted on the game’s official forums.
