This may bring moans of disappointment to fans of the game, but at least an exact release date has been given. The trial version, with 24 playable cars, is set to be released early next week. That should be enough to keep gamers busy until the release of the full game.
Turn 10 has really been working hard because the total car count for the game has already reached a whopping 310 cars. The problem is seven of those vehicles can only be acquired by special means. Pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 2 via EB or Gamestop should net you an Xbox Live Marketplace code that’ll allow you to get a Nissan Fairlady Z. It’s been said that this is the only way to get this car.
You can get another three cars through the game’s Limited Collector’s Edition. So far, no announcements have been given on what these cars would be, but you can expect that in-game collectors will be after these vehicles.
