Forza Motorsport 2: release date and more details
A lot of fans eagerly awaiting the release of Forza Motorsport 2 were disappointed (okay, more like pissed) when they found out that the game will be delayed and won’t be able to make it to its originally scheduled February 2007 release.
And while this delay may very well be worth it (60 fps, baby), knowing of the game’s delay gives us gamers the assurance that the devs are doing all they can to make it perfect.
In addition to revealing the final release window for the game, Turn 10 has also released the complete track list for the game. And no. we’re not talking about the soundtrack, silly you. We’re talking about the actual game environments you’ll find yourself in once you get a copy of the game.
According to Turn 10, Forza Motorsport 2 will hit North American store shelves this May. When in May, exactly? We dunno, but at least we already pretty much have an idea of when to expect the game, right? So anyway, here’s the full list of tracks you’ll find:
- Mugello Autodromo Internazionale
- Suzuka Circuit
- Sebring International Raceway
- Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
- Tsukuba Circuit
- Road Atlanta
- Silverstone Circuit
- Nürburgring Nordschleife
- Maple Valley Raceway
- Sunset Peninsula Infield
- New York Circuit
- Test Track
