Four major MGS4 characters still unrevealed

That’s why a lot of us waiting for the Sony PlayStation 3 exclusive get riled up whenever new tidbits of info are inbound. New details on Konami and Kojima Productions’ upcoming Sony PlayStation 3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots aren’t exactly easy to get by. As a matter of fact, a lot of us eagerly anticipating the tactical espionage biggie will appreciate even the smallest of scrap information we can tap into. Thankfully, Konami’s Ryan Payton has some for us and it’s sure to tickle our imaginations.

Sending out a podcast straight from Japan where he’s currently based, Payton revealed that there are still four major characters in MGS4 who haven’t been shown in the trailer. He says three are returning from previous games, while the fourth is a totally new one.

We can only wonder at this point about who those three returning ones will be. A lot of people are bound to bet that MGS3 hero Big Boss is coming back, while some are rooting for a Mei Ling cameo. On a personal level, this blogger would love to see Nastasha again. Only this time, the idea of seeing her outside the codec and in actual play is oh-so-appealing.
