Gene Simmons to rock out with Guitar Hero II champs
We reported that more movie and TV content are coming to Xbox Live, one of those TV shows is “Gene Simmons Family Jewels”. As it turns out, Gene Simmons’ TV show isn’t the only thing coming to the Xbox 360, The Demon himself is going to rock out in Guitar Hero II.
The KISS frontman, along with the top five Guitar Hero II gamers in the U.S. will be having a rocking band session in a Guitar Hero II Jamfest. What’s in it for the winner? Well, the player with the best song and highest score on the Xbox Live Leaderboard will have the chance to play KISS’ Strutter, with Gene Simmons himself. The five Guitar Hero II champs are Kelly Law-Yone, Daniel Serna, J.W. McNay, Matt Nowak, and Felicia Williams.
The event would be held on April 11, 2007 at around 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. The place to be is at New York‘s Virgin Megastore (between 45th and 46th). The jam session is open to the public, so if you’re in New York, stop by. Maybe you could even hook us up with photos, whatchathink?
