Nope, we still haven’t received any news yet on Gods and Heroes yet. But if the recent news on this particular MMO are true enough, it’s gonna be an epic of a game, boasting over 1,250 quests come launch day and an innovative combat system the devs have called a combination of the “point and click” fare in MMOs, and a fighting game.
Not interested yet? How about the the fact that the world throws you into the history of Rome, not just about the gleaming white Coliseum or Senate we’ve seen in Discovery channel and the like, but about their survival from the onslaught of the likes of the mythological creatures of their time – minotaurs and cyclopses are the least of your worries.
Then there’s the squad-based combat system, which promises to make this for interesting gameplay – let’s see what your squad’s testudo formation can do against that mob of angry (and very hungry) hydras.
