Google Video is now ready for PSP!
As we mentioned last weekend, Google has expanded it’s Video Download service to include pre-formatted videos for the PSP. This feature is now available, so here’s the instructions on how you and your PSP can benefit from the wonders of Google:
- Search for a video on Google Video.
- On the results page, click the video’s title or image thumbnail. If a Download button and a ‘Sony PSP’ option in the drop-down menu appear on the video’s playback page, you can download the video to your PSP.
- Select ‘Sony PSP’ from the menu, then click Download.
- Save the video to a location on your computer.
You may need to rename it so it follows the “M4VXXXXX.MP4” format where “XXXXX” is a 5 digit number for the PSP to recognize it. Now all we need is a way to do this completely on the PSP using the web browser… someone should work on that. 😉 As we mentioned last weekend, Google has expanded it’s Video Download service to include pre-formatted videos for the PSP.
