PSP Homebrew Guide and FAQ

Anubis has written two great guides that are must reads for anyone. The first is a Starter FAQ that explains PSP firmware versions and answers why you can and can’t run homebrew on the different versions – attention: new people! =). The second one is a Homebrew install guide how-to.
