Half-Life 2: Online client up for gravs

For the guys who’d really, really like to get the most out of their Grav-gun – which probably includes beating other players to death with tissue rolls – prepare to go online.

We just got word  that the Half-Life 2‘s Follow Freeman Co-op client has just arrived and is ready for downloading. Aside from finally getting the game ready for online, multiplayer gaming, the client’s gonna be adding these features:

• Unlocks the canal levels (Chapter 3 and 4 in-game).
• Unlocks Co-Operative mode.
• Unlocks game vehicles.
• Unlocks Racing mode – Six players max.

For players who can’t wait, the client’s over at the Fileplanet site, awaiting for your download. Now, before you immerse yourself in the cheap thrills of smacking people over with a crowbar, make sure you’re wearing proper head protection yourself…
