HuE v0.50 for PSP

“E” has released a new version of the HuE PC Engine (Turbo Grafx 16 in the US) emulator for PSP. HuE v0.5 beta was released two days ago; this is the full v0.50 version. Changes:

(1) Trying to switch sound in the menu caused freeze
(2) Version number was still 0011
(3) Now saves backup ram. Backedup data during a game will be saved when you quit.
(4) Removed Palette Select
(5) There might have been a problem with rapid fire settings, so I fixed it.
(6) Perhaps some misalignments in keyboard layout
(7) You can call this a stable version for the time being.
