Ideas for MGS: Peace Walker are all from Hideo Kojima
Video games usually come about as a team effort. Not just the coding and actual development stages, but the planning as well. People toss ideas back and forth until it mutates into something cohesive. Not so with Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. This one’s pretty much all Hideo Kojima from start to finish. The man said so himself in a recent interview with Official PlayStation Magazine.

Not so with Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. This one’s pretty much all Hideo Kojima from start to finish. The man said so himself in a recent interview with Official PlayStation Magazine.
“Well it’s strange, but not so many ideas come from the other staff. Co-op Ring, Love Box – the names and the ideas come from myself,” he said. “I am taking charge of the overall game design.”
And that’s why he gets paid the big bucks.
